Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Missoula, Montana.

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Montana
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$1,800 - $1,993 per week*
13-week contract with possibility of extension
Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
