Job Description:

Make an impact where it matters most. Supplemental Health Care is connecting Occupational Therapists with Long Term Acute Care Facility contracts in Madison, Wisconsin – offering flexibility, support, and opportunities designed around you.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Wisconsin
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as an OT
• Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred

Contract Details:

• $1,940 - $2,130 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment
