Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is connecting Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvns with top-tier hospital contracts in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Travel or stay local, either way, we’ll guide you to an opportunity that matches your goals, offering excellent pay, benefits, and support.

Qualifications:

Current Hawaii Lpn/lvn License / Certification
American Heart Association BLS
1 to 2 years of recent Long Term Care/chronic Care experience

Long Term Care/chronic Care Lpn/lvn Contract Details:

$1,620 - $1,650 per week*
Weekly pay
13-week full-time contract with possibility to extend
AM shifts available
40 hours per week
