Job Description:

Join Supplemental Health Care in supporting patients where they’re most comfortable - at home. We’re hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a partnering Home Health agency in Chicago, Illinois. Backed by over 40 years of healthcare staffing expertise, SHC is here to help you find the right fit for your career.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license/certification in Illinois
Current BLS (AHA) certification
1+ year of recent Occupational Therapist experience
Previous home health experience

Contract Details:

Pay: $60 - $70 per hour*
Duration: 13-week contract, with potential to extend
Schedule: Hourly pay (not per visit)
Territory: Dedicated home health service area
