Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Napa, California and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous OASIS experience
Previous experience with Computer Charting
6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

$2,520 - $2,834 per week*
13-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
