Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for full-time contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Minnesota
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,728 - $1,933 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
