Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a Hospital in Detroit, Michigan to hire a Polysomnography Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) for a contract assignment. With over 40 years of experience in healthcare staffing, we connect professionals like you to top facilities nationwide, offering competitive pay, great benefits, and dedicated support every step of the way.
Qualifications:
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Requires at least one of the following certifications -
- RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Contract Details:
- Compensation: $980 - $1,050 per week* weekly estimate
- Length: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with cardiologists to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmias)
- Assist with invasive procedures, including -
- Electrophysiology (EP) studies
- Device implants (pacemakers, defibrillators)
- Catheter ablations
- Support patient monitoring and safety during procedures
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
