Supplemental Health Care is hiring SNF, LPN/LVN Lpn/lvns for full-time contract assignments at a partnering supported living center in Lubbock, Texas.

Qualifications:
- Texas Lpn/lvn License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- Prior SNF, LPN/LVN experience preferred
SNF, LPN/LVN Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,392 - $1,533 per week*
- 26-week contract with possibility of extension
- PM shift available
- Patient acuity may vary by location
- Supported living center setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
