Description

Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a long term acute care facility in Alexandria, Virginia. Whether you prefer to travel or stay local, we offer carefully matched opportunities, competitive compensation, and professional support throughout your assignment.


Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in Virginia
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Contract Details:

  • $2,020 - $2,232 per week*
  • 13-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physical Therapist will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
  • Physical Therapist will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
  • Physical Therapist may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
