Pros
Matt is one of the best recruiters that I have worked with so far!! And Supplemental has been great!!
Cons
Temecula Valley Hospital STAY FAR AWAY FROM!! Horrid OR management, and heart team is just as bad!! The team’s leader should not have the position for one, she is the absolute worst!! And she will not hesitate to stab you in the back!! On top of that they only average 1 heart a week if that, but will tell you they are super busy!! So you will be sent home early every day unless you can or are willing to work in a general room. They are Ortho heavy just an FYI, I do not do Ortho so I spent most of my time at home, some days only going in for 2 to 3 hours and then being sent home. I lost money, even though the pay is great!!! Management really sucks, so be aware!! For only a 5 room OR they have BIG PROBLEMS!!! Very, very, very TOXIC!! I repeat STAY AWAY!!!
