Travel Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift (13-Week Contract)
Location: Goldsboro, NC *Must be 50 miles or more from facility* Start Date: February 2Contract Length: 13 weeksShift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMHours per Week: 36Weekend Requirement: Every Other WeekendCharting System: EPIC
Unit OverviewThis is a 6-bed Labor & Delivery unit with one dedicated C-section operating room. The department averages approximately 100 deliveries per month and works collaboratively with both OBGYNs and midwives to provide comprehensive maternal care.
Responsibilities•  Manage and support laboring patients throughout the delivery process•  Circulate and assist in C-section procedures•  Provide post-partum and post-surgical recovery care•  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications•  Active RN License (State or Compact)•  Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience•  Current certifications in the following:•  BLS (Basic Life Support)•  ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)•  NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)•  NIHSS (Stroke Scale)•  CPI-A (Crisis Prevention Intervention – Advanced)
