Clinical RN Nurse Manager
Location: Braintree, MASchedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmReports To: Regional DirectorIndustry: Home & Community-Based Healthcare Services
Position Summary:The nurse manager oversees all nursing operations for home-based and community programs. This role provides clinical leadership, manages nursing staff, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintains the highest standards of patient care. The manager also collaborates with cross-functional leaders to support service delivery across the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Oversight- Leadership & Staff Development- Mentor, train, and onboard new nursing staff- Operations & Compliance- Communication & Collaboration
Qualifications:- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.- Experience in home care, community health, long-term services, or disability services strongly preferred.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
