Must have BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
12 HR Nights, Every third weekend, EOH

Job Description
30 Bed Unit
Lines/Drains/Devices: Could see NG's, JP's, Hemovac drains, Wound Vac's, Chest tubes, Central Lines, PICC lines, HD lines. 
Oxygen: All oxygen modalities except vents.Adult patients needing stepdown/intermediate care with focus on post-ICU care and COVID+ patients.  Homedynamically stable.  Hyperstensive emergency requiring IV drips.  Confusion/agitation/substance withdrawal with RN assessment/intervention no more frequently than every 2 hours.
Ratios: Try to stick to 1:4*
