 5S-PM x4 (cardiac mixed acuity unit, requires ACLS and BLS, prior cardiac experience strongly preferred)

·       MPIU-PM (med/surg whose patient population has psychiatric diagnosis, however they are too medically sick to be in behavioral health units. Talent need to have some med/surg experience to be successful on this unit. Behavioral health RNs with no med/surg experience are not successful here. BLS only)

·       SCIP-PM (Inpatient spinal cord rehab unit. BLS only)

·       ICVU-AM (Cardiovascular stepdown, prior cardiac experience preferred, ACLS and BLS)

·       BMT-PM x3 (Bone marrow transplant/medical ICU overflow, no special certs required, ACLS and BLS)

·       GMID-PM (med/surg, BLS only)

·       W5N-PM (Thoracic surgery med/surg, prior cardiac/thoracic experience preferred, they like step-down RNs, but not required, BLS required, ACL is a bonus)

·       UNSN-AM *48hr* (48hr/wk is a strong preference for this order. If your MSA does not allow billable OT until after 48 hrs, we cannot do a 48hr for your talent and your talent will not be placed, when we allow 36hr for this I will update, Neuro med/surg, BLS and NIHSS)

·       GISO-AM x2 (GI surgery/oncology med/surg, BLS only)

·       6S-PM (long term vent wean step-down, talent needs vent experience to be successful here. BLS and ACLS required)

·       M7-PM (med/surg, BLS only)

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. 
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). 
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. 
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. 
• Current BLS card.
