Emergency Department Registered Nurse

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.

Local or Travelers accepted. 

Required: TX or Compact RN License BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. Must be through AHA
 CPI preferred
Min 2.5yrs of recent, relevant experience Behavioral/psych and critical care experience preferred
 EPIC experience preferred
Must have experience in high volume ERs

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements    
• Must be at least 18 years of age
