Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Massachusetts who is currently seeking a qualified Clinical Coordinator / Receptionist to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Clinical Coordinator / Receptionist 

Location(s)

• Fall River - one opening
• Hyannis - one opening
• Quincy - one opening
• Haverhill - one opening
• Woburn - one opening 

Facility Type: outpatient mental health clinic

Start: 7/20/26

Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 40

Shifts: Monday - Friday

• 8a-5p

Requirements:

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist 
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist 
• Experience in a Medical Office or call center 
• Experience verifying insurance, obtaining pre authorizations and scheduling for multiple providers 
• Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology and a basic understanding of clinical pharmacology 
• Data entry skills 
• Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression is preferred 
• Exceptional interpersonal, rapport building, and active listening skills
