We are hiring 2 Psychiatric RNs to join a 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Program in Warner Robins, GA, providing essential care for individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use crises.

?? Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)

?? Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends

? Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

?? Contract Length: 26 Weeks

?? Start Date: September 1, 2026

Pay Packages

Local RN

?? $44/hour

? Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,584

Travel RN

?? $20/hour Taxable Rate

?? Housing Stipend: $700/week

?? Meal Stipend: $400/week

? Estimated Weekly Pay Package: $1,820

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in crisis
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote patient safety and therapeutic engagement
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Minimum Requirements

? Active RN License in the state of practice

? Minimum 1 year of Psychiatric Lockdown and/or Corrections Nursing experience

? Current BLS/CPR Certification

? Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

? TB Screening (PPD, Questionnaire, or Chest X-Ray if required)

? Must be at least 18 years old

? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
