Description

**This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. To ensure adherence to this rule, we will require the candidates' perm address in the submittal to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review.**

Required license & certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALs; For NICU must have NRP; RRT (No CRT).

Required Skills & experience: Min 2yrs of exp. MUST BE ABLE TO DO ADULTS, PEDS AND NICU

- Shifts & Scheduling: Self-scheduling; Travelers will be the last to sign up and asked to stay flexible and fill gaps in permanent staff; Will not accomodate Block Scheduling; May be asked to trade with staff and/or rotate between shifts. Days 0700-1930; Evenings 1100- 2330, Nights 1900-0730. Manager wants RTO ahead of time.
- Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend; Nights- Friday and Saturday
- Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.
- Call or standby call requirement: Optional; Has a Text List for picking up shift.
- What is call response time: 30 mins.
- Floating Requirements: Can float throughout the hospital; May be asked to float sister facilities: Nampa (14 Miles to the West), & Boisie (10 Miles to the E). May be asked to float mid-shift. Notification: Minimum of 60 mins heads-up prior to the shift.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color; clean and professional.
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 1-2 shifts with preceptor. Typically 1 day of NICU/General and 1 Day of ICU.
