Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, the candidate will utilize their professional nursing knowledge and skills to provide and manage patient care through the application of the nursing process.

Shift Details

• Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 7 on, 7 off (Thursday - Wednesday)
• Total Hours: 30 hours one week, 40 hours the next

Unit Information

This is a busy department with an average of 60-70 exams per day. Candidates must be capable of working independently and managing the demands of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current CT experience; first-time travelers may be considered
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience required
• Proficiency in Siemens equipment is required
• Experience with CTA (angiography) for head and neck exams is necessary

Holiday Requirements

Candidates are required to work two of the three major winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving. A limit of one day off request will be accepted between November 26 - November 30 and December 23 - January 2 for all travelers, regardless of holidays worked.

Location

This position is based in Iowa. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles away to qualify.
