Position Overview

This position involves providing leadership and supervision within an acute care medical center. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, particularly in emergency/trauma and critical care scenarios, as well as ensuring a high standard of care and staff performance.

Shift Details

• Working Hours: 8-hour night shifts
• Weekend and Holiday Requirements: As needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and supervision within the medical center.
• Facilitate successful conflict resolution among staff and patients.
• Oversee daily operations in an acute care setting, focusing on critical care and emergency situations.
• Manage staffing systems as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution.
• Proven knowledge of the operations in an acute care medical center.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• Must hold a current Massachusetts RN license.
• Documented evidence of continuing education and professional growth in healthcare and nursing is required.

Certification Requirements

• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
