Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to join our team in Iowa. The candidate will work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days off. Weekend work and on-call duties are not required.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa State Radiation Oncology License (required)
• Minimum of 24 months of recent experience in Radiation Therapy (required)
• Travel experience in the field is highly preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (required)
• Experience with ARIA and Eclipse systems is highly preferred
• Familiarity with radiation therapy equipment including TrueBeam, Halcyon, and TrueBeam Edge is highly preferred
• ARRT certification must indicate "T - Radiation Therapy" discipline (required)

Profile Requirements

• Documented work history demonstrating a minimum of 24 months of current experience in Radiation Therapy (required)
• Skills Checklist specifically tailored to Radiation Therapy (required)
• ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification (required)
• Professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO, with a performance evaluation or reference dated within the last 24 months (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• AHA BLS Basic Life Support Certification (required)

Orientation Dates

Orientation will be held on either March 2 or March 9.
