Job Description:

The Cath Lab RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures and provide support throughout the process.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions during and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist physicians with various catheterization techniques and interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on procedures, care plans, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a Cath Lab or similar acute care environment preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
