Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, particularly with Siemens and GE equipment, and will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule

This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes participation in on-call duties, with one weeknight and one weekend (Friday/Saturday) required every 10th weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment, ensuring optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging results.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and imaging results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of current MRI experience.
• Proficiency in operating Siemens and GE MRI equipment.
• ARMRIT certificate or ARRT certification (R) (MR) is required.
• Experience with EPIC or EPIC Radiant systems is required.
• Level I trauma experience is highly preferred.
• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Professional reference from a supervisor or manager within the last 24 months.
• Skills checklist specific to MRI must be included.
