Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our healthcare team. The role requires a minimum of one year of previous experience and at least one completed travel contract. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and licenses to practice in the state of Iowa.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• RT(R)(CT) certification and Iowa Permit to Practice required
• Experience with Epic software required
• Valid state license required
• Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the past 12 months
• Familiarity with Siemens equipment is preferred

Driver’s License

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Skills and Certifications

Applicants are required to complete a skills checklist within one year prior to submission. License verification and copies of required certifications must also be included in the application.

One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission for verification of professional experience.

Note: Candidates must have a taxable address outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility. Local candidates in Madison will be considered with a reduction in rates.
