Description
Position: CT Tech
Location: City, State
Travel Experience Required: Yes
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology
Specialty: CT Tech
Shift Schedule
Day shifts consisting of 3x12 hour shifts:
- Friday: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Block Schedules
Available
Years of Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years
Charting System
Experience with Epic is required.
Certifications
- ARRT CT (preferred)
- BLS (preferred)
- Ohio State Licensure required
Skills Required
- Adult & Pediatric Outpatient Imaging
- Isolation Precautions
- Preparation and Administration of Contrast Media
- Radiation Safety
- Starting Peripheral IVs & Venipuncture
- 3D Rendering & Multiplanar Reconstruction
- Proficiency in various CT procedures, including:
- Abdomen and Pelvis
- Colorectal Studies
- Enterography Studies
- Chest Imaging (without and with contrast)
- Carotid Imaging
- Trauma Head Imaging
- Spine and Musculoskeletal Imaging
Work Settings
Experience in the following settings is preferred:
- Adult Outpatient
- Pediatric Outpatient
- Head and Neck Imaging
- Spine and Musculoskeletal Imaging
- Chest Imaging
Patient Ratios
- Days: 1:2
- Nights: 1:1
- Weekends: 1:1
Weekend Shifts
1 weekend every 5th weekend
