Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with specialty experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown nursing. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor and assess patients' conditions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

Current RN license.
Experience in a PCU/Stepdown environment preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
