Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our dynamic team in an acute care medical center. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, and specialized studies.
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Prepare and administer contrast media safely and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Float between CT and X-ray as necessary to meet facility needs.
• Provide care for patients across all age groups, including adolescents and pediatrics.

Shift Information

Shift: 4 x 10-hour days (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM). Some weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Certifications: BLS and ARRT certification required. ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Skills: Experience with PACS and Philips equipment is preferred.

Work Environment

• Facility Type: Acute Care Medical Center with long-term care and outpatient services.
• Level of Trauma: Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma.
• Total Staffed Beds: 46 Acute Care and 22 Long Term Care beds.

Additional Information

• Housing and vehicle arrangements will be provided for the duration of the assignment.
• The facility will arrange for a rental vehicle for use during the assignment.
• Parking is free for employees.
• Pets are not allowed in provided housing.
