Position Title: Radiologic Technologist (CT/XR)

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT and XR imaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for patients of all ages within their assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive radiographic examinations of various body parts for diagnostic interpretation.
• Exercise professional judgment in executing procedures while applying radiation protection principles.
• Conduct diagnostic medical radiography within designated departments and areas.
• Maintain accurate patient records and files.
• Ensure adherence to departmental quality assurance programs.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in the field.
• Assist in the transfer of patients to and from the radiology department.
• Fulfill ancillary duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Uphold departmental cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well under stress.
• Participate in shift rotation as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited CT/XR training program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• ARRT certifications in CT and XR.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Willingness to take on-call shifts and respond to work within required timeframes.

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability for mid-shifts, Monday through Friday, with a commitment to holiday coverage as necessary.
