Description
Shift Details
This position offers a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a guaranteed 36 hours of work. The weekend schedule will be determined by the facility.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of current Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) experience, with a preference for those with experience in 400 or more deliveries annually.
- Experience with C-Sections, epidurals, electronic charting, and proficiency in venipuncture is preferred.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
Certification Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Vermont.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Health Association.
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification is highly preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is highly preferred.
- Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, and Emotional Support (S.T.A.B.L.E) certification is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Resume with clear documentation of any gaps exceeding 30 days.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline completed within the last year.
- Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment.
