Shift Details

Night shift – 4x10 hours (19:00 - 05:30)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of imaging procedures, particularly in an acute care environment, handling patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The CT Tech will play a crucial role in managing emergencies efficiently and ensuring high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients, including but not limited to:
• Abdomen and Pelvis (with and without contrast)
• Colorectal studies
• Enterography study
• Intravenous pyelogram
• Trauma imaging
• Coronary CTA
• Conduct X-ray procedures including:
• Extremities
• Abdomen/GI
• Spine/Pelvis
• Head
• Chest/Thorax
• Musculoskeletal
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Collaborate with a minimum of two technicians on the night shift to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Handle a diverse patient population, predominantly from the emergency department and inpatient floors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a CT Tech preferred.
• Certifications required:
• ARRT CT
• ARRT R
• BLS
• Washington state license
• Experience in acute care, emergency, and pediatric settings is preferred.
• No travel experience is required, but candidates must be willing to float as needed.

Patient Care

Each shift will involve interaction with a varied patient demographic, ensuring that imaging needs are met swiftly and effectively, particularly in emergency situations.
