Electrophysiology Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated Electrophysiology Technologist for a full-time position based on a 4x10 hour shift schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM. The candidate will be required to float across multiple locations within the region and must have a flexible approach to working in different clinical environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrophysiology procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of electrophysiology equipment.
• Document all relevant patient information in the EMR system (EPIC).
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in Electrophysiology required.
• At least 24 months of experience in Electrophysiology highly preferred.
• Experience with stimulators is required.
• Cardiac Cath lab experience is preferred.
• Certification as RCIS or RCES is preferred.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Additional Information

• Contractor is required to work 1-2 of the following upcoming summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, unless the unit is closed.
• Position requires participation in floating across all locations to similar units.
