Description
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for assisting mothers during the childbirth process.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients.
- Assist in delivering babies and ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and child.
- Utilize advanced charting systems for documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Current certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- This unit does not accept first-time travelers.
Schedule
Night shifts, 4x12-hour schedule (18:00 - 06:00). Block schedules are not available.
