Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proficient CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team. This role requires a high level of expertise in both computed tomography and radiography. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging services to patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Position patients on the examining table and use immobilization devices as necessary to obtain optimal views of specified body areas as requested by the physician.
• Complete all routine diagnostic procedures with competence.
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, adjusting controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
• Conduct mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures in various settings, including operating rooms and emergency rooms.
• Employ radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Organize and prioritize daily workflow effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current CT Technologist experience in a hospital environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of current X-Ray Technologist experience in a hospital environment.
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and operating room C-arm.
• Experience working with patients of all age groups.
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (temporary license easily obtainable with equivalent state license for CT/X-Ray).
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
• Candidate must possess a personal vehicle for this position.

Dress Code

The dress code for this position includes hospital blue scrubs (provided) or business casual attire with a lab coat, as well as basic plain personal scrubs. Hooded sweatshirts are not permitted. Closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or clogs are required, and hair must be worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length. Dangling earrings are not allowed.
