Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care for patients. The role includes flexibility to float within the same discipline across multiple locations in the region.

Shift Information

Shift: Nights, starting at 1830
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Job Responsibilities

Provide care to patients requiring respiratory therapy.
Assist in the management and implementation of respiratory care plans.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU respiratory therapy required.
Must have completed at least 1 travel contract.
State license in Wisconsin is required (Compact allowed).
Experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC, is preferred.
