Shift Notes

This position is full-time, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes holiday rotation and on-call responsibilities with one weeknight and one weekend every 10th weekend.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will work in a variety of settings, handling MRI operations and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include operating Siemens and GE MRI equipment, administering power injection contrast injections, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. The technologist may be required to float across multiple locations within the region.

• Equipment: Siemens and GE MRI
• Patient Types: Emergency Department (ED), Inpatient (IP), Outpatient (OP)
• Scrubs: Charcoal Gray

Qualifications

• 24 months of MRI experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in Siemens MRI equipment is required.
• Strong proficiency in GE MRI equipment is required.
• Current ARMRIT certificate or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or EPIC Radiant is highly preferred.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma environment is required.
• Recent hospital experience is required.

Additional Information

Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on their driver's license. The technologist is required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed.
