Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This position is ideal for dedicated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reacting swiftly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care options.

Patient Care Ratios

The Emergency Department operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5, ensuring that each nurse can provide personalized and attentive care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Department is preferred.

Schedule

This position will be for the night shift, allowing for a unique opportunity to impact patient care during critical hours.
