Description

CT Technologist

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the technologist contributes clinical expertise and knowledge in the provision and management of care to patients.

Shift Notes

Start Time: 2100
Days: Monday - Thursday
40 Hour Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: None

Job Responsibilities

Perform computed tomography (CT) scans as prescribed by physicians.
Ensure high-quality imaging and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging data.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of previous CT experience.
At least 1 completed travel contract.
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
Familiarity with Siemens Edge equipment.
Active Permit to Practice Iowa Rad Tech License.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Active Certification in Computed Tomography through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current driver’s license.

Additional Information

Orientation Dates: 10/26, 11/9
Traveler will be required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).
Limit of 1 day off request will be accepted between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.
Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
