Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the St. Louis, Missouri market. The BCBA will provide high-quality behavioral services to children and families while developing individualized treatment plans and supporting meaningful progress across home, community, and other appropriate settings.
Our biggest need right now is for BCBAs who have after-school availability, in addition to morning and afternoon availability. We are looking for professionals who are flexible and comfortable supporting a growing caseload as additional families come through intake.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with families, collaborating with caregivers and behavioral staff, and providing ongoing clinical oversight.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing clinical oversight and monitor client progress
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and other clinical staff
- Conduct caregiver training and provide families with practical strategies to support treatment goals
- Monitor data and make clinically appropriate modifications to treatment plans
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs
- Collaborate with caregivers, technicians, educators, and other members of the treatment team
- Provide guidance and support to staff implementing behavioral programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment planning, case reviews, and ongoing clinical meetings
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and applicable regulations
- Support clients and families in achieving meaningful behavioral, social, communication, and daily living goals
Schedule & Caseload
- Morning, afternoon, and after-school availability needed
- After-school availability is particularly important
- Flexible scheduling to support the needs of a growing caseload

Requirements
- Required: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Required: Current BCBA certification
- Active state licensure/credentialing as required for practice
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to provide effective supervision, caregiver training, assessments, and ongoing clinical oversight
- Comfortable working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards
- Flexibility and willingness to support a growing caseload
- After-school availability strongly preferred
