Job Description

Seeking an RN Educator for the Family Birthplace Unit with a focus on educating operating room circulation for C-sections. This role requires very high proficiency in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or circulating during C-sections. Straight L&D RNs will not be considered.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3+ years current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field (required)
• Experience educating circulating in the OR for C-sections
• BSN or higher degree (required)
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

Certifications & Licenses

• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications must be current and included at profile upload
• Massachusetts RN license must be in hand at profile upload (facility will not pend license)

Additional Requirements

• Must include permanent address with profile (facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility)
• Must have own vehicle for assignment
• Provide work history and skills checklist pertinent to the position (current within 1 year)
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• COVID-19 vaccination required (dose date on or after 10/3/23) or approved exemption with mask-wearing on site
• At least two specific interview dates/times of availability must be provided (no "anytime")
• Requested time off during assignment must be noted at profile upload; no more than 3 days allowed
• 8 hours non-billable orientation required
