Job Details

• Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts
• Required Experience: Epic and postpartum experience
• Licenses & Certifications Required:

  • Massachusetts RN license (no conditional licenses accepted)
  • BLS (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military; AHA preferred)
  • NRP (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military; AHA preferred)
• Additional Requirements:

  • Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
  • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks
  • Resume with past 7 years of work experience
  • Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above)
  • Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
• Housing: Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Credentials & Compliance

• Primary source verification of professional license and certifications
• Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training prior to onboarding
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
• Criminal background checks and related attestations updated as required
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• TB symptom survey if positive PPD (optional but recommended)
