Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery
Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts
- Required Experience: Epic and postpartum experience
- Licenses & Certifications Required:
- Massachusetts RN license (no conditional licenses accepted)
- BLS (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military; AHA preferred)
- NRP (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military; AHA preferred)
- Additional Requirements:
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks
- Resume with past 7 years of work experience
- Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above)
- Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
- Housing: Shared housing provided at no cost
Required Credentials & Compliance
- Primary source verification of professional license and certifications
- Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training prior to onboarding
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
- Criminal background checks and related attestations updated as required
- Education verification of highest level achieved
- TB symptom survey if positive PPD (optional but recommended)
