Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: OR - 4x10 hour shifts
• Charge Experience: Preferred but not required
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty (Registered Nurse)
• Travel Experience: First-time travelers are welcome (no prior travel experience required)
• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Scrubs Provided

Required Credentials & Documentation

• Valid State License (Primary source verification required)
• Background Check (7 years, updated annually)
• Education Verification (highest level must be verified)
• Drug Testing (Negative 10 Panel within 90 days)
• Physical Exam (within 12 months)
• Fit Mask Test (within 1 year, must be renewed annually)
• Immunizations/Vaccinations:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
  • Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
  • Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history required
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccine or approved exemption (required during flu season)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Dose 1 and fully vaccinated) or approved medical/religious exemption (declinations not accepted)

• Various competency exams and safety acknowledgments as applicable
• Compliance with facility-specific policies and documentation

Notes

• Orientation and fingerprinting requirements apply (fingerprinting onsite during orientation for travelers)
• Some certifications such as PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, CPI, and Management of Assaultive Behavior may be required as applicable
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position

This position is ideal for Registered Nurses with at least 1 year of experience who are open to travel assignments and meet the certification and health documentation requirements.
