Staff: 35 total
Day Shift Staffing: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 1 LPN, 3 PCTs
Night Shift Staffing: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 1 LPN, 2 PCTs
Patient Ratio: 6:1 with LPN support
Equipment Used: Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacs
EMR System: Meditech
