Description
Job Opportunity: Hospice RN (Outpatient Setting)
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Job Description:
- Provide 4-5 hospice visits per day in outpatient settings, including routine visits at facilities and patient homes.
- Travel required: 30-50 miles daily, primarily for the first patient; subsequent patients are nearby.
- Experienced hospice RN required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Massachusetts RN license at time of submission.
- Flu vaccination required prior to start.
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers accepted).
- Candidates who have worked for this hospital system in any capacity (travel, permanent, per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible. A 6-month separation is required before reapplying.
Additional Notes:
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
- Interview availability must be provided with application.
