Description

Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Facility has 3 CT scanners, soon to be 4
Staff: 13 total (8 full-time, 1 part-time, 3 PRN, 1 transporter)
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 1 charge tech, 4 day techs, 2 mid-shift techs, 1 transporter (Monday-Friday)
- Night Shift: 2 techs
Equipment:
- GE Revolution 512 scanner
- GE Evolution 128 scanner
- GE 64 slice scanner (outpatient)
- New 128 GE Frontier scanner going live soon
EMR system: Meditech

Job Requirements

Certifications: ARRT Certification, BLS
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in CT specialty
Skills:
- Must be CT Registered
- Ability to multi-task, work fast-paced, and independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with trauma and stroke cases
- IV skills

Typical Procedures

Stroke
Trauma
Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis imaging
CTA (Computed Tomography Angiography)
