Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Salem, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No weekends, no holidays, no call
• Schedule may be subject to change

Requirements

• Must have a New Hampshire Medical Imaging License
• Cardiac experience preferred but not mandatory
• Higher years of specialty experience not explicitly stated; assume minimum standard for CT Technologist roles
• Prior travel experience: Not required

Immunization and Health Requirements

• MMR: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine OR two MMR vaccines OR proof of immunity via blood test
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 – April 30); no exemptions allowed
• TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date; must be updated if break >6 months
• Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if break >6 months
• Hepatitis B: Strongly preferred but optional; record of 3 vaccines or proof of immunity or declination
• Tdap: Preferred, vaccine within last 10 years
• Positive PPD: If positive TB test, chest x-ray documentation required showing no active tuberculosis

Professional and Background Checks

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start; updated if break >6 months
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two recent references required (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
• Skills checklist required for submission
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Social Security Number trace with criminal check
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually
• New Hampshire state-specific checks within 30 days prior to start and updated if break >30 days:

  • NH Criminal Background check (NH State Police)
  • NH BEAS record check

Additional Notes

• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is needed for the role
• TB symptom survey required if positive PPD, updated annually

This position is suitable for CT Technologists licensed in New Hampshire who are seeking a long-term assignment with a stable weekday schedule and no weekend or holiday shifts. Cardiac imaging experience is a plus but not mandatory. Compliance with comprehensive immunization, health, and background screening requirements is mandatory.
