Assignment Details
- Contract Length: Up to 52 weeks (1 year)
- Shift: 3x12 hour days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Start Date: Flexible
- Assignment Duration Options: Standard 13 weeks; travelers may request 14-26 weeks or up to 52 weeks
- Unit: To be determined by facility need after clinical evaluation
- Patient Ratio: Currently 1:5 in PCU (goal is 1:4)
- Floating: All travelers expected to float as needed within their acuity level
Required Experience & Skills

- Driver’s License/State ID: Required within 48 hours of signing; must be within 100 miles of facility address
- Photo for Badge: Professional photo required (no selfies or filters)
- Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, must confirm free from communicable diseases
- Fit Mask Test: Within 1 year of start, updated annually; onsite testing possible if needed
- Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray: Within 1 year of start, updated annually
- TB Questionnaire: Required for all candidates
- Immunizations: Proof of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- Drug Testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu Vaccination: Not required but mask and declination form required if declined

- References: 2 clinical references required (hospital evaluations accepted)
