Job Description

• Behavioral Health Nights shift
• Must have BLS & CPI or MAB certifications at time of submission
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact nursing license required

Required Experience

• State License verification (OK or Compact)
• NURSYS Verification for RN

Competencies & Testing

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (80% score or meet Angoff score)
• Color Blind Testing (online acceptable)
• Competency Exam (minimum 80% or meet Angoff score)
• Core Parts I, II, III (for subcontractors; annual completion required)

Background & Documentation Requirements

• 7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check upon hire
• HHS/OIG check upon hire
• Education verification (highest level) required
• Work history verification for 7 years
• Complete application/resume required
• Unit-specific skills checklist annually

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start, must renew annually
• Adult Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
• TB questionnaire within 90 days of start (if positive TB history)
• Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; boosters if titers negative/equivocal
• Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
• Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history required; boosters if titers negative/equivocal
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required (no declinations accepted)

• I9 and E-Verify compliance
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement (HIPAA)
• Fingerprinting (for New Mexico placements only)

This position is ideal for RNs with behavioral health experience seeking a travel contract in Oklahoma with a 13-week commitment. All certifications and health requirements must be current and verifiable prior to start.
