Description

PACU Nurse Opportunity

Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)

Job Details

Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: As needed within skillset
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2
Patient Population: Pediatric through geriatric
Common Diagnoses/Treatments: All surgery except transplant
Special Procedures: Cardiac, Neuro
Charting System: Cerner
Number of Beds: 25
Scrub Color: Navy blue

Requirements

Licensure: Massachusetts nursing license required upon submittal
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience: Previous travel experience preferred
Electronic Health Record: Cerner experience required

This position is ideal for PACU nurses with surgical experience looking for a long-term contract in a hospital setting with a diverse patient population.
