PACU Nurse Opportunity
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Job Details
- Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Call Requirement: None
- Float Requirement: As needed within skillset
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Patient Population: Pediatric through geriatric
- Common Diagnoses/Treatments: All surgery except transplant
- Special Procedures: Cardiac, Neuro
- Charting System: Cerner
- Number of Beds: 25
- Scrub Color: Navy blue
Requirements
- Licensure: Massachusetts nursing license required upon submittal
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience: Previous travel experience preferred
- Electronic Health Record: Cerner experience required
This position is ideal for PACU nurses with surgical experience looking for a long-term contract in a hospital setting with a diverse patient population.
