Travel RN - Telemetry Unit
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel
Unit Information
- Unit: Telemetry (2 Tele floors and a Progressive Care Unit)
- Number of Beds: 345
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:5 (varies by unit and shift)
- EMR System: Meditech
- Float Pool Staff: About 80
- Shifts: Day and Night shifts with RNs and CNAs
- Unit Environment: Family-oriented, collaborative team atmosphere
- Floating: Required to float to inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Registered Nurse License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIH Certification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience (strong Tele experience required)
- Chemo Certification is a plus (for potential Oncology unit scheduling)

- Team player with compassion
- Open to learning and caring for patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical issues
