Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Details

• 12-week assignment
• Work schedule: 36 hours per week, Wednesday through Saturday (specific shift times to be discussed during interview)
• Must live more than 50 miles from Dover, NH

Required Credentials & Certifications

• NH State License (Imaging Tech License)
• ARRT CT Certification
• BLS Certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
• Current Fit Test for N95 respirator (within 365 days)
• Influenza vaccine during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30)
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
• Criminal background check and related state/federal checks (including NH-specific checks)
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)

Submission Requirements

• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
• Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
• Skills checklist
• Candidate submission coversheet
